horrible horrible horrible.takes forever, don't care.

intentionally puts your order on hold, while lying to you and telling you it is "in production" and already printed, but being intentionally held back unless you pay a "ransom" of expedited shipping!!! BEWARE!!! got fed up, found HUNDREDS of poor, negative reviews and then decided to cancel, but was told it was too late! asked for manager, and got put on HOLD forever!!!

will notify my bank's fraud department! never again! then a manager got on the phone and refused to cancel my order even thought it was not ready and would not be shipped out for two or three more weeks!!!

said they could cancel it but KEEP MY MONEY!!!!THEIVES!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Idea of getting a cool, Quality product that was unique.

I didn't like: Anything else at all about the business practices.

I'm having the same problem...been "in production" for weeks.No one cares or knows how to fix it.

They are refusing to give me my money back as well.so frustrating!
